Stephanie holds over 20 years of experience training schools, education boards, special needs educators and conference attendees. She also works one on one with neurodivergent individuals, couples and families.
Stephanie is an educator and coach on puberty, identities, sexual health, dating, and safety. Her work focuses primarily on prevention and healthy relationships. She also trains teachers on how to work with neurodivergent students and couples.

Stephanie is the owner of SexEd Mart (sexedmart.com) which creates content for curriculums and classrooms. She is the author of multiple publications used in schools across Canada and the United States.​

In 2013, Stephanie was awarded the First Tracks Award for Innovation in Sexology for her work in making sexuality education more accessible for people with autism. In 2015, Stephanie was the Gold Winner for the Stevie Awards for Women in Business.

Stephanie is also a founding member of the Sexual Health Network of Quebec (A chapter of Planned Parenthood from Montreal Since 2005). She is also Part Time Faculty at Concordia University, in Applied Human Sciences. She also serves as an EDI (Equity, Diversity and Inclusion) officer at the University and helps train school boards and organizations on inclusion.
